It was a case of night/day between the 2 performances today at the Campus for the 2008’s.
First up was the Maroons who faced the top team in our age group Letham Blacks.
The game ended 2-2 which was very pleasing but it could have been better had we taken our numerous chances.
The Maroons worked very hard, passed the ball well and were very physical when they needed to be.
In contrast the Sky Blues struggled badly against a decent Breadalbane team.
The Sky Blues were under the cosh early doors and failed to recover. What we failed to do was help out our team mates & let our heads go down too easily. We need to learn to keep working away hard until the final whistle.
